The Blueprint runs in 4-week phases. Each one is a self-contained block β its own structure, load targets, measurable outcomes. Start with Phase 1. Assess the progress. Add the next phase when you’re ready. Or lock in the full build upfront and save.
Every session is different. Every phase is more demanding than the last. Scale within sessions based on where you’re at β push harder when ready, pull back when life demands it.

A fair question. Here’s the structural answer.

before you break ground.
Yes. Every Blueprint is purchased in 4-week phases, so you’re never locked in from day one. Complete Phase 1, reassess, and add the next phase when you’re ready.
Our recommendation: stay with a phase for a minimum of 4 weeks. The programming is built on progressive overload β each week adds load to the last. Switching too early means leaving structural work unfinished.
8 weeks is where results become truly visible. Four weeks establishes the foundations. Eight weeks is where the build starts to show.
The build doesn’t stop when the phase does. Sweatshed releases new 12-week Blueprint phases on a rolling annual schedule β the next phase is ready before your current one wraps up.
Around weeks 10β12 of your current phase, the next program will be available to purchase. Lock in the next 4, 8, or 12 weeks β whatever suits your build requirements at that point.
Yes. Every Blueprint session is written to be completed independently in any well-equipped commercial gym. No coach on-site required β the program tells you exactly what to do.
A commercial gym membership is recommended. Home gym setups may not carry all the equipment the program requires. A 24/7 accessible gym gives you the full materials list.
Once purchased, you’re welcome to share The Blueprint with a training partner and work through the phases side by side β just ensure you can share equipment and have the space available.
Each 12-week Blueprint cycles through different training emphases β anterior and posterior strength, accessories, physique-focused blocks, and other strength protocols. Every phase builds on the structural work of the last. The progression is deliberate, not random.
For Hybrid, the philosophy is “always ready” β training you to be consistently athletic rather than peaking and dropping off. You won’t notice dramatic intensity swings between phases. Instead, each new phase introduces new skills on a compounding base.
